# Retrieving your license key (forgot)

Let's fix this.

**Step 1**. Visit the [My License](https://cssscanpro.com/my-license) page.

**Step 2.** Click on "**Lost my license**" (below the button "Manage my activations")

**Step 3.** Input the email address you've used to buy CSS Pro

**Step 4.** Click on "Send me my license"

**Step 5.** Check your email for the license key (could also be in the Spam folder).
